Last week Residence on Stephen’s Green held host to the judges lunch for the selection of the IMAGE Business Woman of the Year winners from nine categories plus the over-all Business Woman of the Year.
Now in its ninth year, the IMAGE Businesswoman of the Year Awards aims to recognise and celebrate inspirational women across all areas of the Irish business world.
Our judges this year include, in the chair, Ann Reihill, director at IMAGE Publications; Bobby Kerr, entrepreneur and presenter of Newstalk’s Down to Business; Melanie Morris, editor-in-chief of IMAGE Magazine; Sarita Johnston, manager Female Entrepreneurship, Enterprise Ireland; Orla Nugent, MBA programme director from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School; Rosaleen McMeel, editor of IMAGE Magazine; Lucy Gaffney, Chairperson of Communicorp; Caroline Kennedy, founder Kennedy PR + Brand; Nick Mulcahy, publisher and editor of Business Plus; Laura George, group editorial director at IMAGE Publications; Fionnuala O’Leary, executive editor, independent.ie; Clodagh Edwards, CEO of IMAGE Publications and Marian O’Gorman, IMAGE Businesswoman of the Year 2014 and CEO of the Kilkenny Group.
Competition was fierce for these highly coveted accolades and selection of winners was far from easy but eventually the very best from an amazing collection of women were selected. You’ll have to be at the awards gala next Monday in the DoubleTree Hilton to find out exactly who won!
So join us on Monday evening, November 2 for cocktails, dinner and glittering celebrations at Ireland’s most prestigious, positive evening, recognising a whole host of fantastic Irish business women. The 2015 IMAGE Businesswoman of the Year Awards, in association with Samsung, No7, Weir & Sons, Electric Ireland, AIB, Kuehne + Nagel, and Versitile Bathrooms; supported by Enterprise Ireland, Marks & Spencer, Independent.ie and Newstalk.
